The Hop started with a simple idea: build a space where the coffee is honest, the atmosphere is warm, and nobody's in a hurry. Located right on US Highway 2 in Wakefield, we've become the spot where neighbours grab their morning pour-over, remote workers settle in with a laptop, and friends meet for evening drinks.

Every cup is pulled with care. Every cocktail is mixed with intention. And every chair at our counter is reserved for whoever walks through the door — because that's how we like it too.
